Yesterday, Steve Nash released this short film - a spoof of the old TV series "The Six Million Dollar Man"- to coincide with Earth Day in promotion of his new Nike Trash Talk basketball sneaker, which I previously posted about here. A little odd, but I have to give him credit for originality.

Earth Day events
With Earth Day around the corner, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities and fun activities happening this weekend and throughout next week. Click HERE for a few events going on in the Boston area. Click HERE to search for more events in your local area. You can also check the official Earth Day website HERE. Also keep your eyes and ears open in local newspapers, commercials, etc. because there is likely something going on in your community.
(The image on the left is the official Earth Day 2008 logo created by Adrienne Lay, owner of RAZA Speaks, a clothing design company specializing in clothes featuring positive messages about the environment, children and our future. I hope she doesn't mind me featuring her logo.)
